I Love You And Donuts - Coloring With Prismacolor Pencils

I'm going to be completely honest....I want a donut!  A big, pink, sprinkle donut.  But alas, I'm on a low carb kick and I'm not eating that kind of food right now.  So...I thought I would try to satisfy my craving by stamping and coloring a few donuts!  (It didn't work...but it was fun!)

I've had this I Love Donuts stamp in my stash for quite some time.  But I haven't really had an opportunity to use it.  I love that there are different sizes of donuts and different "toppings" that you can add.  So much fun!  There are several sentiments that come in the set, but you could easily add a simple "sweet" greeting and stretch this set even further.

I used my Prismacolor Premier pencils to color the donut images.  I love coloring with colored pencils.  It's such an easy way to add color to your stamped images.  I used the Inky Antics Gamsol kit to blend out the colors.  I'll show you exactly how I did this in the video below.  (The colors I used for the donuts are PC 1034, PC 928, PC 941, PC 946, PC 942, PC 929.)

To top off my ooey-gooey donuts, I added some Wink Of Stella Clear Glitter and some Glossy Accents.  They look good enough to eat.  But...they didn't cure my craving.  My next cheat day has a pink sprinkle donut in it.
