Floral Thank You Cards - Altenew March 2018 Release Blog Hop & Giveaway

Today's project features some new stamps and dies that are a part of Altenew's March 2018 release, which includes several new stamp and die sets. I'll be doing some stamp layering with the new Sweet Rose Bouquet stamps and coordinating dies. I'm also using the new Doodled Dots and Dotted Scales Debossing Cover Dies to create some fun texture behind these gorgeous florals.
When I set out to make these cards, I didn't have a particular technique in mind. I just knew I needed some thank you notes to have on hand. As the projects progressed, it became all about the layers. The stamps are layered. The embellishments are layered. The papers are layered. The end result is a card that is sure to wow! I love layers upon layers. It creates a lot of interest. But keep in mind, the layers and dimension can be condensed if need be to make for a more mail service friendly card.
